Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an LPN program required.

• LPN licensure required in state.
• BCLS required.
• ACLS if ED work required.
• PALS within 180 days if working in ED.
• LPNs new to specialty must obtain applicable certifications within 180 days.
