Job summary

Good Shepherd Home – Bethlehem is seeking an LPN to promote and restore residents' health by completing the nursing process. You will collaborate with physicians, RNs, and the interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate care to residents and families.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited program, LPN license, BLS/CPR, and 2–4 years LTC or rehab experience preferred. Join a team focused on quality, confidentiality, and safe, respectful resident interactions.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program required.
• 2-4 years LTC or Rehab experience preferred.
• LPN license required.
• Basic Life Support / CPR required.
• NAPNES certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and restores residents' health by completing the nursing process.
• Collaborates with physicians, RNs, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Delegates and evaluates care assigned CNAs to meet resident care needs.
• Maintains HIPAA compliance and resident confidentiality.
• Ensures safety and quality of care for residents.
