A valid LPN license and reliable transportation are required, with 1+ year LTC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Works under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Practice Guidelines and nursing judgment.
• Delivers nursing care to patients, collects data, makes observations and reports pertinent information to care of patients.
• Directs and supervises care given by other nursing staff as needed.
