Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Retirement Services, Inc. seeks an LPN to provide prescribed medical treatment and personal care in a long-term care setting. You will coordinate with STNAs and healthcare staff to ensure residents receive timely nursing services.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Nursing Degree from an accredited program.
• Current Ohio LPN License and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing services and promote residents' well‑being as directed.
• Direct day-to-day functions of STNAs per rules and guidelines.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physician.
• Provide high‑quality service and maintain confidentiality.
• Attend required training and in‑service sessions.
• Demonstrate literacy, writing, and communication skills.
• Make prompt, accurate judgments in elder care and emergencies.
• Work with minimal supervision in a team environment.
