Extended Care is seeking dynamic and compassionate LPNs to join our facility in Illinois. You will provide focused, quality-driven nursing care, supervise nursing assistants, and support a multidisciplinary team to maintain high standards for resident care. Formación

• Active LPN license required in the state of Illinois.
• Ability to work every other weekend.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Knowledge of health, safety standards and nursing best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Direct the day-to-day activities of nursing assistants.
• Complete required record-keeping for resident admission, discharge, and transfer; document per facility policy.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by a physician and perform other drug administration tasks per policies.
• Make daily rounds of the unit and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
