Job summary

St.-James-Manor is seeking compassionate LPNs for an Extended Care affiliated facility in Crete, IL. You will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support residents' wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Valid Nursing License as required by the state.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day activities of the nursing assistants.
• Complete required record-keeping upon resident admission, discharge, and transfer; chart and document per facility policy.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by a physician and perform other drug administration functions per established policies.
• Make daily rounds of the unit and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
