Job summary

Winston Manor in Chicago, IL seek s compassionate LPNs to join our nursing team. Full-time and part-time roles across AM/PM/NOC shifts offer resident-centered care and collaborative practice with CNAs, RNs, and physicians.

Responsibilities include safe nursing care, medication administration, documentation, and care-plan support in an ICF/long-term care setting. We value teamwork, dignity, and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Current and valid LPN license in Illinois.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to supervise and delegate to nursing staff.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional approach to resident care.
• ICF, behavioral health, long-term care, or related nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and appropriate nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and policies.
• Monitor residents and report significant changes promptly.
• Respond to resident medical and behavioral health needs.
• Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Assist with development and implementation of individualized resident care plans.
• Supervise and appropriately delegate responsibilities to CNAs.
• Communicate effectively with residents, physicians, leadership, and interdisciplinary team.
• Collaborate with Social Services, behavioral health, Activities, Dietary, and other departments.
