Responsibilities

• The LPN II implements nursing care for assigned patients under the supervision of an RN.
• Assists the RN in assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation of nursing care.
• Flexibility to work across 7 urgent care locations; shifts may be 8, 10 or 12 hours, including evenings and weekends.
