Qualifications

• Current LPN license (Tennessee)
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
• LTC or SNF experience preferred; new grads welcome

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to meet resident needs per standards and orders
• Administer medications and treatments accurately
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams
• Support residents' physical, emotional, and psychological well-being
• Maintain confidentiality and follow policy and state/federal requirements
• Monitor vital signs and patient condition and document accordingly
• Coach staff and mentor newer team members
