• Current LPN license in Arkansas.
• High school diploma or equivalent; nursing-related degree preferred.
• Experience in long-term care or gerontology is a plus.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients as needed.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs (temperature, BP, O2 saturation).
• Provide wound care and other medical treatments as needed.
• Document patient information, including assessments, medications, and treatments.
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide emotional support and assistance to residents and their families.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and services provided.
