Job summary

Webster Park Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center invites applications for an LPN with a commitment to compassionate, high-quality nursing care. The role includes working under Marquis Health Consulting Services, with daily pay options and both full-time and part-time opportunities available.

We offer a competitive $36-$49/hour pay range, plus a $6,000 full-time sign-on and $3,000 part-time sign-on for September.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered active LPN license in MA.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to care for and manage multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with accepted nursing practices and care plans.
• Follow and implement individualized care plans developed by the Nurse Manager and interdisciplinary team.
• Perform medication administration and prescribed treatments per plan of care and facility policies.
• Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes to supervising nurse or physician.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in line with orders and regulatory standards.
• Support a safe, respectful and therapeutic environment for residents and families.
