Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered active LPN license in the state of VA.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to care for and manage multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with accepted standards.
• Follow and implement individualized care plans.
• Perform medication administration in accordance with the plan.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes.
• Maintain accurate documentation as per standards.
