Job summary

Westmoreland Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Virginia is seeking an LPN to join our compassionate care team. This role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with daily pay and a competitive hourly wage of $28–$31, all inclusive.

You will provide patient-centered nursing care, follow the plan of care, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support residents’ physical and emotional needs. A supportive, home-like environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Active VA LPN license
• BLS Certification (CPR) required
• Ability to care for and manage multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care per written plan of care and physician orders.
• Follow individualized care plans developed by Nurse Manager and team.
• Administer medications and treatments per care plan and policies.
• Monitor residents, report changes promptly to supervising nurse or physician.
• Maintain accurate documentation per orders, care plans, and regulatory standards.
• Support a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment for residents and families.
