Qualifications

• Current, active LPN license in New Jersey.
• Valid BLS (CPR) certification required.
• Ability to manage multiple patients in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care following the plan of care and physician orders.
• Follow care plans set by the Nurse Manager with the team.
• Administer medications per plan and facility policies.
• Monitor residents, report changes promptly to supervising staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation per orders and standards.
• Support a safe, respectful environment for residents and families.
