Job summary
Join Saint Therese at Oxbow Lake in Brooklyn Park as a Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Provide compassionate nursing care to residents, administer medications, and document care in the EHR. Collaborate with nurses, aides, and families to support health and well-being in a vibrant senior living community.
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in senior living and an active Minnesota LPN license are required. Expect shifts 2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program.
- Current LPN license in Minnesota in good standing.
- Minimum of 1 year nursing experience in assisted living or senior living.
- Working knowledge of healthcare regulations (state and federal).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated clinical judgment and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care per care plans and orders.
- Safely administer medications and treatments with monitoring.
- Complete clinical documentation using EHR.
- Assess changes in resident condition and communicate with team and families.
- Coordinate with Nursing Assistants to ensure safe care delivery.
- Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards.
- Maintain a safe, person-centered care environment.
- Demonstrate professionalism and strong customer service.
