Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered; monitor and document.
• Coordinate care with nurses and other clinical staff from admission to discharge.
• Complete assessments, documentation, and timely follow-up on findings.
