Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing in Tennessee.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing preferred.
• Excellent technical, assessment and documentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to lift 25+ pounds and assist with mobility.
• Ability to stand, bend and walk for extended periods.
• Team player with strong communication and a passion for senior care.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care per standards of practice, orders and policies.
• Plan and monitor nursing interventions for each resident.
• Evaluate care effectiveness and adjust as needed.
• Conduct family and resident education.
• Administer medications and treatments timely.
• Transcribe orders and document progress accurately.
• Report changes in condition to supervisor and family.
• Identify skin changes and follow skin care protocols.
• Order and report diagnostic tests timely.
• Coordinate rehab with therapists as needed.
• Ensure CNA documentation and assignments are completed.
