Brookview Healthcare Center in Gaffney, SC is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join a caring, team-oriented environment. You will provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and resident care plans, ensuring safety and dignity for residents.

Qualifications

• Active SC LPN license in good standing
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but new graduates encouraged
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assess residents and report changes to physician and RN Supervisor.
• Document resident care accurately and timely in the EMR.
• Supervise CNAs and provide guidance as needed.
• Ensure quality nursing care while maintaining resident dignity and respect.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in care planning and quality improvement initiatives.
• Promote a positive, compassionate, and resident-centered environment.
