Job summary

Qualifications
- Active SC LPN license is required.
- CPR certification is required.
- Proficiency with basic computer tasks and software.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care per care plans.
- Perform regular rounds and monitor residents' conditions.
- Supervise and direct other care staff.
- Communicate care updates with residents and families.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Complete documentation accurately and per regulations.
- Notify physicians and families of significant changes.
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
- Maintain clinical competency and uphold standards.
- Work weekends and holidays as needed.
