Job summary

Springdale Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care team in Springdale. You’ll provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents, working with RNs, physicians, CNAs, and other team members to implement individual care plans.

This PRN position offers flexible scheduling, competitive hourly pay based on experience, and a shift differential to recognize additional responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Current and valid LPN license
• Strong clinical and medication administration skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Compassionate, resident‑focused approach to care
• BLS/CPR certification required

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor, document, and report changes in residents’ conditions
• Provide direct nursing care and assist residents as needed
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support individualized plans of care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Provide education and support to residents and their families
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory standards
