Job summary

Hendrix Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate nursing care to our residents, working alongside RNs, physicians, CNAs and the care team.

You will administer medications, monitor residents’ conditions, document changes, and support individualized care plans while adhering to infection prevention and regulatory standards. This role offers PRN flexibility with a shift differential.

Qualifications

• Current and valid LPN license.
• Strong clinical and medication administration skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Compassionate, resident‑focused approach to care.
• BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor, document, and report changes in residents’ conditions.
• Provide direct nursing care and assist residents as needed.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support individualized plans of care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Provide education and support to residents and their families.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory standards.
