Springdale Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the evening shift (3PM–11PM) in a long-term care setting. You will provide direct nursing care, assist with rehabilitation plans, and collaborate with RNs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team.
Qualifications include a valid LPN license, strong clinical skills including medication administration and wound care, and BLS/CPR certification.
