Qualifications

• Current LPN license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing.
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, and a home-like environment.
• Assist residents with IADLs, ADLs, and medication administration.
• Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment plans.
• Know and follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Review, update and communicate resident care documentation.
• Evaluate health emergencies per LPN scope and state regulations.
