Empro Staffing is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in the United States to join our healthcare teams. You will work under the supervision of RNs to provide direct patient care, contributing to positive patient outcomes in various clinical settings.

We offer an hourly rate of $41 with a weekly pay schedule (Friday via direct deposit). Prior clinical experience is helpful, but new graduates are encouraged to apply, and a current LPN license is required.

Qualifications

• Completed practical nursing program from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid state licensure as an LPN.
• Experience is preferred but new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to patient-centered care.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing routine procedures.
• Assist patients with daily living activities and ensure their comfort and safety.
• Document patient care activities and communicate changes in patient status to the nursing team.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance nursing skills.
