Job summary

Empro Staffing is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare staffing team. You will provide patient-centered care, administer medications, monitor progress, and support families while collaborating with registered nurses and multi-disciplinary teams.

We welcome new grads and experienced nurses alike. Competitive pay starts at $36/hour with flexible schedules and weekly direct deposit.

Qualifications

Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
Active and valid LPN license in your practicing state.
Experience is a plus, but passionate new grads are warmly welcomed!
Strong clinical skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered care, including medication administration and monitoring vital signs.
Assist patients with daily activities ensuring comfort and safety.
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate patient status effectively to healthcare teams.
Collaborate with RNs and other healthcare professionals to execute care plans.
Educate patients and their families on health promotion and disease prevention.
Adhere to infection control standards and keep work environments organized.
Engage in continuous learning to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
