Job summary

Empro Staffing is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our healthcare team in a clinical setting. You will provide direct patient care under RN supervision, assist with daily activities, and help maintain patient safety and well-being.

We offer competitive hourly pay of $45, weekly pay via direct deposit, and a benefits package including health insurance after 90 days, 401(k) after 8 months, and W-2 employment.

Qualifications

• Completed practical nursing program from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid LPN license in the state.
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred; new graduates welcome.
• Strong clinical assessment and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including medications, vitals, and routine procedures.
• Assist patients with daily living activities and ensure comfort and safety.
• Document patient care activities and report changes to the nursing team.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
