Job summary

Empro Staffing is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our healthcare team and provide direct patient care under RN supervision across diverse facilities in the United States. You will play a key role in delivering medications, monitoring vital signs, and supporting patient health needs.

We offer $40 to $41 per hour with weekly pay every Friday via Direct Deposit, and a supportive environment focused on patient-centered care and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Completed practical nursing program from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to patient-centered care.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing routine procedures.
• Assist patients with daily living activities and ensure their comfort and safety.
• Document patient care activities and communicate changes in patient status to the nursing team.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance nursing skills.
