Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with Florida license and diploma.
• BLS certification required.
• Excellent communication, organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and record vital signs per protocol.
• Provide basic patient care including vaccines and wound care.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to supervisor.
• Collaborate with the health team to adjust care plans.
• Administer medications and start IV fluids if certified.
• Support providers with patient flow and education.
• Manage triage calls, referrals, and care coordination.
• Log and handle medications and vaccines per protocol.
• Maintain training: CPR, OSHA updates, Relias, etc.
• Supervise ancillary staff as needed.
• Travel to center locations as required.
