Job summary

Advocare, LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver professional nursing care under physician supervision in our care center. You will assist with examinations, administer medications, and accurately document patient information to support safe and effective treatment.

The LPN will maintain exam rooms, prepare equipment, monitor patients, educate families on procedures and medications, and ensure compliance with infection control and confidentiality policies.

Qualifications

• Must have an active LPN license.
• Completion of an approved LPN program required.
• Minimum of one-year professional nursing experience, clinic experience preferred.
• Must maintain CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides general nursing care to patients.
• Maintains exam rooms for necessary supplies and materials.
• Ensures cleanliness and prepares equipment for physician procedures.
• Observes and reports patient's condition and reactions to treatments to physicians.
• Educates patient and family about procedures, medications, nutrition and health maintenance.
• Maintains patient records and posts test results.
• Responds to patient inquiries and provides treatment instructions.
• Adheres to infection control and confidentiality policies.
