Job summary

Advocare, LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver professional nursing care in a pediatric/family practice environment. You will assist physicians, administer medications, and document patient information accurately in a physician-owned partnership spanning NJ, PA, and DE.

The LPN will maintain exam rooms, support care teams, and educate patients and families on procedures and health maintenance, while upholding infection control and patient confidentiality policies.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• Completion of an approved LPN program required.
• Minimum of one year professional nursing experience; clinic experience preferred.
• Must maintain CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides general nursing care to patients.
• Maintains exam rooms and prepares supplies.
• Ensures cleanliness of patient care areas.
• Prepares equipment and assists physician during treatments.
• Observes and reports patient conditions and reactions to medications.
• Educates patients and family about procedures, medications, nutrition, and health.
