Job summary

Kitsap Mental Health Services (KMHS) is hiring an on-call Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care in residential and inpatient settings. Under RN supervision, you will administer medications, monitor client well-being, and coordinate with the treatment team.

The role offers a competitive hourly wage from $32.53 to $40.67, with additional shift differentials up to $7.00 per hour in a fast-paced behavioral health environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and WA state LPN program completion.
• Active WA LPN license; multistate license accepted with training.
• Preferred ADN.

Responsibilities

• Verify, process, and implement orders with providers.
• Monitor and document patient responses to meds and treatments.
• Set up eMAR records for new clients and medications.
• Administer medications and maintain stock and records.
• Lead discharge planning and education on meds.
