Job summary

A community health organization in Youngstown, Ohio is seeking a caring and reliable LPN for a part-time per diem role. The successful candidate will provide quality care to tenants in an assisted living environment, assist with assessments, monitor tenants' conditions, and support the team during shifts. Qualifications

• Must be caring, reliable, and enjoy working with the elderly.
• Candidate must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality tenant care in accordance with assisted living philosophy.
• Assist with tenant assessments, screenings, medication assistance and administration.
• Monitor and document tenants’ physical and mental condition.
• Perform evaluations based on tenant condition.
• Demonstrate appreciation of Jewish traditions.
• Provide support to the Director and team during shifts.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA policies.
