Senior Lifestyle Corporation seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse for an Assisted Living community in Youngstown, OH. This part-time role covers 6 AM–6 PM shifts, with Mondays required, and includes administering medications and contributing to care plans.

You will collaborate with care teams, perform admissions assessments as needed, respond to emergencies, and maintain documentation. A current LPN license in the state and CPR certification are required; English communication and basic computer

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse license current in the state of practice.
• CPR certification required.
• 1+ years of experience in senior care or related field.
• Proficient in English for job duties and emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications in compliance with Federal & State regulations and company guidelines.
• May assist with admissions assessments and documentation.
• Develop and maintain acute and long-term care/service plans.
• Provide health-related consultations and notify clinicians or families of changes.
• Respond quickly to emergencies and communicate with staff.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and coordinate with other departments.
• Participate in discharges and clinical documentation as needed.
