Job summary

Canton Christian Home in Canton, OH is seeking an LPN to join our Assisted Living team. The role offers full- or part-time options with shift from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM and compensation ranging from $25.00 to $26.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with current license.
• Experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to Assisted Living residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition.
• Complete accurate documentation and charting.
• Work closely with STNAs, residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Assist with care plans and ensure resident needs are met.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Follow all facility policies and state regulations.
