Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of an accredited LPN program.
• Current state LPN licensure or active LPN license/LPn applicant.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Gives direct nursing care under supervision of RN/physician.
• Implements care plan with direct basic nursing care.
• Performs phlebotomy services.
• Contributes to care plan with input from patient/family and healthcare team.
• Administers medications and treatments per scope of practice.
