Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, direct nursing care to residents while following individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Closely monitor residents’ conditions, promptly identify changes, and communicate effectively with RNs and physicians.
• Maintain thorough, timely, and accurate documentation.
• Guide and supervise CNAs to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
• Support smooth admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Build trusting relationships with residents, families, and the care team.
• Uphold infection control and resident safety.
