Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Alliance, Nebraska is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care under supervision of an RN or physician in a long-term care or assisted living facility. You will monitor residents, administer medications, assist with hygiene, and follow care plans.

This full-time role includes 12-hour day and night shifts, teamwork with RNs and doctors, thorough documentation, and a focus on resident advocacy.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited LPN program.
• Current and active LPN license.
• Experience in healthcare or long-term care preferred.
• New graduates welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care to residents, including administering medications and assisting with personal hygiene.
• Monitor residents' vital signs and report abnormalities.
• Follow care plans and document care provided.
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians and other staff to ensure quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and ensure infection control.
• Advocate for residents and communicate with families as needed.
