Job summary

Interim HealthCare is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for PRN, part-time, or full-time contracts across long-term care and assisted living settings. Roles include assisting with daily activities, passing medications, and monitoring vitals, with shifts of days, evenings, nights, and flexible 8/10/12-hour options.

Candidates must hold an active LPN license (South Dakota or multi-state eligible), be 18+, and have a commitment to compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in South Dakota or multi-state reciprocity
• Must be 18 years of age
• LPN experience highly preferred

Responsibilities

• PRN and/or contract staffing in long-term care facilities and/or assisted living settings
• Aide with daily activities
• Pass medications
• Assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises
• Check vitals
• Observe patient for issues requiring a change in care, medication or medical equipment
