Job summary

Help at Home is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) in Warner Robins, GA, to provide one-on-one nursing support in clients' homes. You will monitor care, document observations, and coordinate clinical services under the direction of a registered nurse.

Qualifications

• Current Georgia LPN license.
• Three or more years nursing experience, preferably in personal care home industry.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the outlined care plan
• Document tasks, observations and evaluate outcomes
• Ensure quality care is delivered by creating, implementing, monitoring and enforcing quality assurance policies and procedures
• Receive clinical direction and oversight from the staff RN
• Assist with other duties as needed
