Qualifications

• Must hold a current TB skin test or Chest X-ray.
• Previous experience is preferred, but not required.
• Valid driver's license if assigned to a case with driving privileges.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical and personal care per the client's Plan of Care.
• Communicate any changes in client medical status to Nurse Supervisor.
• Document participation in all parts of Plan of Care.
