Qualifications

• Must possess a current valid drivers license if assigned to a case with driving privileges.
• Current TB skin test or Chest X-ray required.
• Previous experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical and personal care based on individualized Plan of Care.
• Orient new caregivers to clients’ plans of care.
• Communicate changes in client medical status to Nurse Supervisor.
• Drive/escort client to appointments as requested.
