• Measure and record temperature, pulse and respirations per policy.
• Provide care for adult geriatric patients per age-specific standards.
• Assist with ADL, hygiene, feeding, and mobility as directed by nurses/therapists.
• Report incidents and potential abuse per policy; ensure safety and comfort.
