Job summary

Harbor House of Wheeling IV LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. The CNA helps residents with comprehensive health care needs under the supervision of a nurse and supports daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, grooming, toileting and mobility.

The role includes direct resident care, observation, documentation, and collaboration with nursing staff to ensure safe, personalized care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• State CNA license/certification required.
• Current CPR certificate preferred or obtained within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, feeding and mobility.
• Record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in rooms and common areas.
• Support residents with daily activities and personal hygiene.
• Communicate clearly with residents, families, and care team.
