SolutionHealth is seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join the geropsychiatric unit in Manchester, NH. You will assist with activities of daily living and provide direct patient care under the supervision of the RN and Clinical Nurse Manager.

Responsibilities include reporting observations to the RN, supporting patients and families, and documenting care in the medical record. Must hold NH LNA licensure and obtain BLS during orientation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Current New Hampshire licensure as LNA required.
• Ability to obtain BLS qualification during orientation period and maintain during employment.
• Aggression de-escalation training approved by EHS.

Responsibilities

• Activities of daily living.
• Report all observations, symptoms, deviations from normal, and changes in patient's condition to RN.
• Provide basic support to patients and families.
• Documents in selected areas of the medical record as appropriate.
