Responsibilities

• Washes and inspects all dishware and glassware
• Stores clean utensils, dishes and glassware properly
• Keeps dishwashing machine and dish room clean and in good condition
• Reports equipment malfunctions to the Food Service Director
• Delivers ice to dining room and assists with serving when needed
• Cleans kitchen areas and maintains sanitation per policies
• Prepares areas for next meal and prevents contamination of dishes
