Job summary

Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Dietary Aide to support residents in a long-term care facility. You will assist with food preparation, serve meals, and help maintain a clean, sanitary dining environment while following dietary guidelines.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and a willingness to learn. Training is provided, and you will join a team dedicated to compassionate service and resident well-being.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in food service or kitchen environment is beneficial but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team; maintain a positive attitude and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables and preparing salads.
• Serve meals to residents according to dietary needs and portion sizes.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
