Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, hands-on in-home support to individuals with disabilities.
• Assist clients with ADLs: bathing, grooming, dressing, meals.
• Support community integration and accompany clients to appointments and activities.
• Administer medications and monitor health per care plans.
• Foster a safe, respectful home environment and communicate with care team.
