Job summary

ViaQuest, Inc. seeks a compassionate Shared Living Provider in Montgomery County, OH to welcome an adult with developmental disabilities into your home, offering daily support, companionship, and a safe, inclusive environment.

You will provide daily care, a private bedroom, and a supportive home setting; assist with cooking, cleaning, and personal care; help with appointments and activities; and document simple records while coordinating with ViaQuest staff.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience required.
• Valid driver's license, reliable insured vehicle, and good driving record.
• Clean background checks required.
• Home safety requirements and home assessment.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care and support to an adult with a developmental disability.
• Provide a private bedroom and a safe, supportive home environment.
• Assist with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, personal care, and transportation.
• Encourage independence through skill development and guidance.
• Schedule and attend medical appointments and social activities.
• Keep simple daily records and communicate with ViaQuest staff.
