Safe at Home, a Kennedy Care division, seeks a compassionate in-home nanny in Plymouth, MI. The position offers 40+ hours per week at $19 per hour with Monday–Friday shifts. You’ll work with families to provide high-quality childcare in a supportive, flexible environment.

The role emphasizes safety, engaging activities, and reliable transportation. Eligible employees receive benefits after 12 months, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus PTO and recognition programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of childcare experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Positive, can-do attitude.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Auto registration and insurance proof.
• Weekday availability: Mon–Fri; 6:00 AM–9:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• As a Nanny, provide age-appropriate activities to support growth and development.
• Create a warm, safe, and fun environment for each child.
• Build relationships with families to deliver high-quality childcare.
• Communicate openly with families and SAH team.
• Respond to emotional, social, and physical needs of each child while prioritizing safety.
• Provide transportation for outings and errands to ensure timely arrivals.
