Kennedy Care is hiring a Child Care Specialist in Westland, MI (SAH division). This in-home nanny role offers a Morning shift with up to 40 hours per week and pay of $16.00–$17.00 per hour. Flexibility, supportive team, and opportunities to work with Ford, U-M, and Michigan families are highlighted.

Must be 18+, have a HS diploma, 2+ years childcare experience, and reliable transport. Training and CPR certifications provided at no cost.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of childcare experience.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• An undeniable positive, can-do attitude.
• Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proof of Auto Registration and Insurance.
• Availability for at least two full weekdays (Mon-Fri), 8 hours min, 6:00 AM–9:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging, age-appropriate activities supporting growth.
• Create a warm, safe, and fun environment for each child.
